Denise Schwartz has supported the efforts of such institutions as Northside Center for Child Development, located in Harlem NY, where she has served as a board member for more than four years. Also along with her spouse Bernard L. Schwartz, Denise has supported  NYU Langone Health, New York Historical Society, Film at Lincoln Center, The New School, and The Central Park Conservancy, as well as other political causes, social issues, and the arts. 

Now retired, Denise’s career spanned a broad range, from communications management and business development in the financial sector to creating a popular café in Greenwich, CT.
