Revised meditation session with the following speakers:

1. TORRENCE HARDER will demonstrate Buddhist techniques of Meditation as practiced by the Lama Migmar and we will meditate.

2. JEFFREY DREBEN will discuss the techniques of Transcendental Meditation and the techniques to achieve inner peace and wellness:
- deep relief from stress & anxiety for a brighter more positive state of mind
- clarity of mind for greater energy, creativity and awareness
- a healthier heart
TM meditators will have a 20 minute meditation session.

Tickets are $125. Event to be held at a private location.
